What was the exact problem(s) you were trying to solve and made you wish there was a tool that did it for you?
As an independent mixing and mastering engineer, session preparation has traditionally been one of the most time-intensive aspects of my workflow, and delegating it to assistants has rarely been cost-effective.
How did you solve it before discovering fMusic, and what was the cost in terms of money or resources?
Before fMusic, prep either meant doing it myself every time or trying to hand it off. Either way, it was expensive in time and hard to justify financially. On average, session preparation was taking around 30 minutes per track.
How did you solve it with fMusic, and what changed?
With fMusic I can prepare multiple sessions across a range of mix templates in minutes, reducing my average preparation time from approximately 30 minutes per track to just 5. Background export means I can keep working on other critical tasks while sessions are being processed, which has noticeably improved overall workflow efficiency and studio productivity.
