We don't offer

1. Predictability or rigid plans. As an early-stage startup, we're constantly learning, adapting, and evolution. Our strategies and priorities can shift rapidly as we learn and grow. We embrace uncertainty and see it as an opportunity for creativity. If you prefer a stable, unchanging work routine, you might find our dynamic approach challenging.
2. A traditional 9-to-5 schedule. The flip side of having real impact is real responsibility. In our tight-knit team, people depend on you. Some days might require extra hours to unblock colleagues or tackle accumulated tasks. We value results over clock-watching. At the same time, there will be days when you have less to do and are free to manage your time as you wish.
3. Comfort in the status quo. We hold strong opinions, but loosely. We're always ready to challenge our own ideas and embrace better ones. If you're not comfortable with rapid change or prefer well-established routines, our dynamic environment might not be the best fit for you.

Remote work policy

1. We have an office in i3p, Turin (Corso Castelfidardo 30/a, 10129, Torino). Founders work in the office or wherever, even from home. You can work remotely, as long as you achieve your goals.
2. From time to time we would like you to be in the office, we will organize meet-ups and events, to create a bond. It would be a shame for you to miss them, we’re funny.
